How Wholesale Ordering Works
What to Expect
- All wholesale orders include Grade 1 rose bushes, grown to meet our highest quality standards.
- There is a 200-plant minimum per order.
- Each variety has a 10-plant minimum, so you can mix and match thoughtfully.
Shipping & Payment
- Orders ship via freight shipping. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Full payment is required before your order ships, so everything stays on schedule.
What We’ll Need From You
To get started, we’ll need you to fill out the wholesale inquiry form below with the following details:
- Your contact information (name, email, phone number)
- A valid Resale ID or EIN
- A signed one-year license agreement (download the PDF, sign it, and upload it directly in the form)
How to Place an Order:
Email your order details directly to Chad Nelson, our wholesale manager, at chad@aprilandashley.com. We’ll review availability, confirm details, and send an invoice for payment.

All bare roots are grafted on Cal Davis Dr. Huey unless otherwise noted.
We will notify you in advance and only substitute with approved varieties by you.
They will arrive in labeled bundles of ten. Wholesale tags for each bare root will be provided for each rose bush.
Yes, you can arrange your own pick-up or shipping. This will need to be organized with our wholesale manager.
We will send an invoice for the bare roots to be paid on receipt. That can be paid by credit card. A separate shipping invoice will be invoiced prior to shipping.
Please inspect shipments upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if there are any issues. Include photos if possible so we can resolve the matter quickly.
Yes, we do offer custom contract growing for over 2,000 plants.
