All roses sold by April & Ashley are considered final sale. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Refusing delivery of the package does not constitute a cancellation and may result in additional charges.

When ordering rose bushes, you will be prompted to select an order ship date. All orders are shipped using UPS Ground. Please allow 4-5 days for delivery.

When ordering cut roses, you will be prompted to select a delivery date. All orders are shipped using UPS Express. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by UPS.

Poorly Packaged and Inattention to Details

Two of my four plants I purchased arrived damaged. One of the plant purchased did nit come at all. They later told me it was a glitch and the system shouldn't have let me order it. One plant came badly damaged withe the perforated part completely open and kicked in, that one had a broken main cane. The Bridal Shower came completely damaged and broken. This plant had soft new growth and was lush and pretty. However, because there was nothing securing the plant to the box and the main canes were too weak to support and keep the plant from tumbling and tumbling back and forth, the plant was completely smashed. I emailed a complaint to Ashley and April but they responded that they believe in their plants and I should prune it and grow it out and refused to replace or refund me. I gave it a one rate because the plant did have a rootball and I am trying to grow it out. But I am very disappointed that I paid top dollar for a plant that had its main canes all broken and I will have to grow out the same way I would a plug and not a ready to go inground and explode with blooms. On top of that, the charged me shipping which they shouldn't have because I purchased 4 plants. It should have been free after 3 plants were purchased. The plant came packaged in a plastic trash bag and wrapped in burlap and had a pretty name tag on it but to be honest, I would rather they delivered on their promise of a healthy hardy plant ready to grow...
